Our model is based on our proven success in working with both small and large international clients on a time limited project basis, providing a recruiter for a time limited period to work exclusively for that company, acting as an internal resource.
How it works:
We start with an initial consultation to understand your needs and requirements after which, we will propose a solution designed to meet your needs. Once you’ve approved, we will then provide you with an international consultant who will be available to you for the time period agreed, to deliver the talent you are looking for.
For each consultant, we charge a daily rate for the services of the recruiter, plus an additional bonus paid for each filled vacancy. It’s not as expensive as it sounds, in fact we’ve been proven to deliver results at a cost saving of up to 50% compared with traditional recruitment agencies.
Recruiters are based onsite, offsite and full time or part time, or even a mix of all of these scenarios, dependent on our agreement with you and what best suits your needs.
StartUps, Small and Medium Enterprise Projects:
We typically work with startup, small, and medium size companies who are experiencing fast growth and need to fill some key positions to keep the momentum going. Usually they need to hire 5 – 10+ people in a limited time period, but do not have the internal resource to proactively source candidates.
