An HR Advisory / Business Partner role with a difference!
In a progressive HR function that is considered an integral part of the management group, you’ll be working directly with functional managers and senior management helping them see all people related matters from a different perspective, leading them to business decisions that have a positive impact.
You’ll be an outsider, it’ll be a tough challenge, it’s the first time they’ve hired externally for this role however, you get a great learning opportunity and join a great team.
You don’t need to be an HR specialist to be considered, it’s not a process role, it’s very much an internal consulting role. You might have a background of 6 years commercial experience in recruitment, marketing, sales, customer services or operations. If you do have HR experience, that’s fine too!
You’ll also have an opportunity to use your communication and marketing skills, enhancing engagement and raising the profile of HR, both internally and externally as well as contributing to their drive for continuous improvement.
You are; Proactive, open to learning, show a real interest in understanding the business, solutions oriented, a great communicator, have ability to coach, persuade and negotiate, cope well under pressure
